Multi-app development ── for companies offering several apps or services to customers and partners

More apps,
one ID.

Ordering, price list, warranty, portal. Do you rebuild user management and organizations every time you add an app? Tactna makes users, organizations, roles, and lifecycle a shared layer, so new apps launch without building auth or ID management.

Problem

One user directory
for every
app.

One customer holds a different ID for every service.

Each app implements authentication, keeps a user table, and builds an admin screen. Customers hold separate IDs for different services from the same company, and client admins register the same person per app. Every time a new service is approved, the same thing gets built again.

  • 3 monthsA new ID system for every new appAuthentication, user management, organizations, invites, permissions. The same foundation, built every time before the service itself.
  • NOne customer, N IDsLearning and jobs, ordering and warranty portals. Customers hold separate IDs, so there is no cross-service experience and no cross-service analytics.
  • TwiceClient admins are registered twiceThe same person from the same company, registered per app and deleted per app. Forget one and it stays.

How it is solved

Problem by problem,
what changes.

  1. 01

    Build ID management per app

    Before

Auth, users, orgs, invites, permissions: built every time.

    After

Users, organizations, roles, and lifecycle live in Tactna. New apps just connect via SCIM or API.

  2. 02

    A different ID per service

    Before

No cross-service experience, no cross-service analytics.

    After

One ID and organization model across every app. Role × app controls what is visible.

  3. 03

    Client admins registered twice

    Before

Add and remove per app. Something always slips.

    After

A team per corporate customer, delegated to its admin. Members and every app managed in the Portal.

A day in that job

After go-live,
three moments.

  • Scene 01

The day a new service launches

Development of a third service begins. Authentication, users and organizations all come from Tactna. The team connects to Tactna with SAML / OIDC and adds the roles to the access policy. No identity-design meeting is held.

Start on service-specific features from day one.

  • Scene 02

The day a customer starts a second service

A student on the learning service signs up for the jobs service. Same ID, course history carried over. Sales sees which students moved on to jobs in one ledger.

One ID makes the cross-service experience and LTV analysis possible.

  • Scene 03

The day the client admin takes over

Name a corporate customer's contact as Team Admin. They add their own employees in the Portal and pick services. Leavers are removed by the admin or auto-locked for inactivity.

Your customer success team no longer manages customers' users for them.

FAQ

Before you buy,
what people ask.

Do we have to change authentication in existing services?

Very little work on your side. The identity platform (Auth0 or Amazon Cognito) is provided inside Tactna and the Tactna team migrates your existing users; the login experience does not change. Each service connects to Tactna with SAML / OIDC, and Tactna handles users, organizations, roles and lifecycle.

Each service has its own role model. Can they be unified?

Yes. Tactna roles map to each service's roles (view, edit, approve, and so on). The service's permission design stays as it is.

We have both B2C members and B2B corporate users. Can we still use Tactna?

Same platform. Companies get teams and delegated admins; individuals get self sign-up and manage their own profile. Role × app policy separates what each can see.

How long does integration take?

Fujitsu G-Search unified customer IDs across services onto one platform in about 6 months. Existing IDs are imported and services connected in stages.
